Set at the heart of Trinity College, Oxford, the newly opened Levine Building provides the College with state-of-the-art residential, teaching, learning and performance facilities in an environmentally sustainable building.

Designed by ADAM Architecture, the Levine Building includes a state-of-the-art performance auditorium, academic spaces and teaching rooms, as well as a large communal area with a café which feature Junckers solid oak flooring. As well as improving day-to-day experience for students and staff, the new performance, event, and conference spaces will also benefit the local community.

The design of the building echoes the classical architectural character of Trinity College and its surroundings, which includes listed buildings in the adjoining Conservation Area. A fitting choice of flooring for a high-quality building, Junckers Oak Boulevard is a wide board plank floor which adds an architectural look with its linear appearance. Made in solid timber, Oak Boulevard is a hard-wearing and durable flooring choice, one which the College can expect to last for generations.

Sourced from managed forests, Junckers flooring is FSC® and PEFC certified, holds EPDs and is manufactured in a carbon negative facility – a perfect match for the building’s strong stance on sustainability. The floor was installed by Junckers Approved Contractor V.A. Hutchison Flooring Ltd.
